Why do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding gowns? In order to give you the personal attention that you deserve, appointments are necessary.

How long is my appointment? Bridal gown appointments last 1-1/2 hours. On sample sale days and special event days appointments are 1 hour.

Who should I bring with to my appointment? Bring the two people whose opinions you value the most and with whom you want to share the experience of buying your gown! Bringing any more than two people will take the focus off you. This is your day, your dream, and your quest for the perfect dress!

What should I bring to my appointment? Once you have your scheduled appointment, we will email you a “pre-appointment confirmation” containing suggestions to make the most of your appointment. Please bring an “open mind” and don’t be surprised if you find “the perfect dress” on your first visit to Aubony Bridal.

May I take pictures of the gowns while I try them on? YES! We welcome cameras during all of your appointments. This is an experience worth remembering and capturing the moment is a great idea! Especially for sending pictures to someone who is unable to be with you for your appointment. PLEASE REMEMBER – sometimes photos do not give a good representation of how the dress will look on your wedding day as you are trying on a sample gown that may or may not fit properly. We do not recommend using pictures to make your final decision and consider it as something to enhance the enjoyment of your experience at Aubony Bridal.

Can I complete my entire look in one appointment? YES! Many of our brides find their dream dress on their first visit to our salon, and they usually find all their accessories too!

Do I need to make an appointment to look at accessories, bridesmaid dresses, formal wear, invitations, etc? Yes. To give you the full attention of our experienced consultants, appointments are necessary. Appointments for accessories, wedding party attire, invitations – last 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

Do I need to make an appointment for fittings and measurements? Yes. Appointments are necessary for all of our services.
